DTLaw is led by Mr. Nguyen Tat Thang, a lawyer with a strong academic background and extensive practical experience in corporate, investment and international commercial advisory. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Queensland (Australia) under a prestigious Australian Government scholarship, one of the leading legal education programs in the region.
Prior to founding and leading DTLaw, Mr. Thang served as Head of Division at the Department for Review of Legal Normative Documents under the Ministry of Justice, where he was directly involved in reviewing and ensuring the legality and consistency of Vietnam’s legal framework. He has also worked with leading law firms and advisory organizations, advising corporations and enterprises on corporate matters, foreign investment, M&A, banking and finance, and dispute resolution.
