• Providing advisory support on matters relating to corporate finance, accounting, and internal governance for enterprises, particularly during the stages of establishment, operation, and business restructuring.

• Participating in the review and assessment of legal compliance in enterprises’ financial and accounting activities in accordance with regulations on enterprises, taxation, labor, and other relevant laws.

• Coordinating with lawyers in analyzing legal risks arising from accounting data, financial statements, and governance processes, for the purpose of supporting contract advisory, transactional matters, and dispute resolution.

• Assisting in the preparation, review, and systematization of accounting and financial records and documentation to support legal advisory services and engagements with state authorities, business partners, and judicial or dispute resolution bodies when required.

• Participating in the development and review of internal procedures, governance regulations, and compliance policies of enterprises, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and practical operational requirements.
